Steven O. Spahr, Esquire has over twenty-six years of experience in the practice of workers’ compensation law, having, during that time, represented insurance carriers, employers, governmental agencies, as well as workers’ compensation claimants. In addition to regularly handling workers’ compensation matters before Workers’ Compensation Judges, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, Mr. Spahr has successfully litigated numerous reported cases in the Appellate Courts on behalf of his clients. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Spahr worked as a Certified vocational Consultant in workers’ compensation cases, and also managed worker’s compensation claims for a TPA and governmental agencies. This background has provided Mr. Spahr with a broad knowledge of all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. Mr. Spahr graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and from Western New England University School of Law in 1992. He has lectured on workers’ compensation topics at educational seminars and before business groups.
