Neil T. Dombrowski graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, cum laude in 1983 with a B.A. and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1986. In 2003 Mr. Dombrowski founded the firm. Prior to its formation, Mr. Dombrowski was a partner in a Center City Philadelphia regional insurance defense firm. Before entering private practice he served as Regional Counsel for the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. He has litigated cases successfully throughout the Commonwealth. Mr. Dombrowski serves as co-chair for the Pennsylvania Defense Institute’s Workers’ Compensation Section. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, Inns of the Court, and the Pennsylvania Self-Insured Association. His peers in the legal community have selected him for AV Pre-Eminent Standing in the Martindale Hubbell Rating System. He has served as a speaker at professional seminars held by the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Association Fall Section Meeting and Philadelphia Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section. In addition, he routinely provides onsite presentations to insurance professionals.
