Erica Marchetti-Burry, Esq. has joined the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation practice of the firm, and brings thirteen years of litigation experience. She earned her B.S. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2001 where she majored in Criminal Justice and Minored in Psychology. During her time at WCU she was initiated into the Phi Kappa Mu Honors Society for academic excellence. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Law School in 2004. Ms. Marchetti-Burry began her practice in the area of criminal law, working as an Assistant District Attorney. Thereafter, she has utilized her litigation skills, solely practicing Workers' Compensation Law for the last decade. She is admitted to the bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
