The New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation has released the new 2020 Statewide Average Weekly Wage (SAWW) and Schedule of Disabilities. The SAWW for 2020 is $1,259.82. The new maximum weekly Temporary Disability rate has been set at $945.00, which also operates as the maximum Permanent Disability rate for both partial and total cases. The new minimum Temporary Disability rate has been set at $252.00, which is also the new minimum Permanent Total Disability Rate. The minimum Permanent Partial Disability rate remains unchanged at $35.00 per week.
