Mary G. March, Esquire focuses her practice on the defense of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including claim, termination, suspension, and review petitions, utilization review matters, depositions, hearings, mediations, and appeals before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board. Ms. March brings more than 25 years of litigation experience and has handled workers’ compensation matters from initial assignment through resolution. She works closely with clients and claims professionals to evaluate exposure, develop litigation strategy, and achieve practical and cost-effective resolutions. Prior to concentrating her practice in workers’ compensation defense, Ms. March handled medical malpractice defense and complex commercial litigation matters, including employment, real estate, and contract disputes. This broad litigation background provides a strategic and analytical approach to the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Ms. March earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Review, Moot Court Board Member, and Semi-Finalist in the Stern Moot Court Competition. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Duquesne University, with a minor in Business Administration.
