Garrett W. Brindle is a 1998 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lehigh University in 1995, attending as a National Merit Scholar Finalist. He was admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 1998. Mr. Brindle has focused his practice on the representation of the interests of Pennsylvania and New Jersey employers and insurers in Workers’ Compensation litigation. He has handled cases in Pennsylvania since 1998, at the initial trial level and at all levels of appellate review from the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He began his New Jersey practice in 2002 and has handled both standard injury claims and numerous complex matters including but not limited to multi-Respondent occupational exposure claims and fatal claims. Prior to taking his current position with The Dombrowski Group in 2005, he worked for a number of years in center city Philadelphia at a regional insurance defense law firm, in its Workers’ Compensation department, and subsequently for several years in a small boutique workers’ compensation practice. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and in addition to maintaining a multi-jurisdictional practice and providing specialized educational presentations for clients to address their unique concerns, he has served as a lecturer for the Lorman Educational Series, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, presenting seminars on Workers’ Compensation law to attorneys and industry professionals.
