Katherine Richardson
Katherine M. Richardson is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she received a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2003, graduating early. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2007, where was an award recipient of the Walter Lucas Public Interest Fellowship. While attending law school, she clerked with The Dombrowski Group, performing legal research and preparing briefs in Workers’ Compensation proceedings. Following her graduation, she returned to The Dombrowski Group and has devoted one hundred percent of her practice over the past decade to the representation of Employers and Insurers in Workers’ Compensation litigation. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She is further a Workers’ Compensation Law Certified Specialist, certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Since 2019, she has been serving in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) reserve, advising and representing soldiers in a wide range of legal matters. She currently holds the rank of Captain and has been awarded the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, and Parachutist Badge.
